Our history

Multi-Care Community Services Ltd was originally founded by five Healthcare Directors, with over 70 years of knowledge and experience between them of nursing and domiciliary care. Together they combined their knowledge, expertise and industry experience to start a business specialising in a high quality range of professional care and support services, including nursing care, across Cambridgeshire and the Isle of Ely. As a privately owned, family orientated domiciliary, care and support provider, the people we offer care and support too range from those who are getting older, and a little frailer, right through to those who require 24 hour support. Our clients and service users may suffer from a wide range of medical and/or mental health conditions such as Dementia, Diabetes, Parkinson’s, physical disabilities and/or sensory impairments.

Our commitment

We are committed to promoting equality, diversity and human rights while delivering our professional services: dedicated to achieving an environment that provides equality of opportunity and freedom from discrimination on grounds of race, religion, sex, class, disability or special needs. We employ a team of qualified, skilled, committed and caring people from a multitude of countries, backgrounds and ethnicities to provide a high quality and individualised service to people in their own homes. Multi-Care Community Services Ltd aims to provide care and support to people who cannot wholly look after themselves. We provide services to people in their own home, at times convenient to them, and in ways they find most agreeable.

Our sound principle

We have sound principles for the way we run our service, central to these is our belief that the rights of our service users are paramount. Providing a high quality standard of care and support, in ways which supports the independence of individuals and enables them to remain in their own homes for as long as possible is our doctrine. Care and support at home is the preferred solution for most of our clients and service users, remaining in your own familiar environment without the need for any upheaval. Therefore, we provide a range of services, such as home care and support, dementia care, complex specialist care, mental health care and Palliative and End of Life care, to suit you, your circumstances and situation.
